You will also receive a personalized, in-depth planning spreadsheet where all wedding details and timeline will be organized. In addition to all of these great services, you will also receive 50% off any rental items you choose from our inventory.

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
FIRST EVENT CONSULTATION
Schedule your first complimentary 1 hour session with our event planners to go over your basic needs for your event. Our planners can be as involved as you need them to be, and love making sure that no detail is forgotten. From venue, to catering, to décor, we will make sure that all of the bases are covered so you can focus on enjoying the day.

EVENT SETUP AND TAKE DOWN
Preparing for and setting up an event is the hardest part of the process. Our experienced staff can do the dirty work for you and handle all of the set-up and take-down for your big day. Whether you want to use items from our collection of rentals, supply your own items, or a combination of the two, we would be happy to cater to your needs to put together a unique design.

WEDDING DESIGN
We would love to help you create a cohesive and sophisticated design for your special day. This service provides total event design, decor item sourcing, furniture sourcing, curation of both general layout and table setup, as well as any other desired design details. Setup and teardown are included and a room flip can be provided for an additional $100. This service is perfect for couple's wanting to hand over the creative portion of their day to our professionals, or for those couples who need assistance with decor sourcing within their budget. We work with various vendors in the Northeast Kansas area to guarantee an unforgettable event.

DAYÂ ANDÂ MONTH-OF COORDINATION
One month before your wedding day is always a scramble to make sure all of the details are in order. Allow us to handle and organize the final touches the month leading up to your wedding so you can rest assured that everything is taken care of. We will finalize your day-of timeline, communicate with vendors to provide them with a detailed schedule of your event, track RSVP's, and attend the rehearsal and provide direction. Finally, two of our coordinators will be assigned to provide all day-of coordination services and ensure your day goes off without a hitch!
